Artist Command

This command returns the artist(s) for a linked or saved image as well as the derpibooru/id link!
If there are multiple artists, multiple links will be provided.
Browsing through the results is as easy as running ~n, which returns the next

Images are filtered based on channel, see whitelist for more information.

Usage:

~artist
~artist <link>

Description:

Returns all artists links for provided image! If link is not provided, Waggles will return the artist(s) of the last image posted in the channel.

Link:

When a link is provided Waggles will return the artist(s), any derpibooru link should work.
